Job Title: Ofsted Registered Manager
Location: Swindon, Wiltshire
Salary: £53,000 – £57,000 DOE + on-call allowance
About the Role / Company
Our client, a well-established provider of children’s residential care, is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead a home in Bristol.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing organisation focused on delivering safe, trauma-informed, and child-centred care, with a strong emphasis on achieving Good or Outstanding Ofsted outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage a children’s residential home
* Drive Ofsted compliance and quality standards
* Act as Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL)
* Manage, develop, and support staff
* Oversee care planning, safeguarding, and risk management
* Build strong relationships with professionals and agencies
About You: You Will
* Hold (or be working towards) a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management
* Have 2+ years’ experience in children’s residential care
* Have management or supervisory experience
* Possess strong knowledge of Ofsted and safeguarding frameworks
* Be a confident, resilient leader focused on outcomes for children
