About the job:
* Provide effective individual psychiatric care via telehealth in an outpatient setting.
* Conduct patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and prescribe medications as necessary.
* Ensure all patient care complies with applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
* Work independently without affiliation to hospitals or clinics, practicing in the best interest of patients.
* Join growing teams of therapists and prescribers, with onboarding to meet multiple professionals and find suitable matches.
* Participate in regular staffing with collaborating therapists, at least monthly, to discuss patient cases and clinical topics.
* Work remotely, with flexible days and hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Virtual team meetings and clinical conferences are held regularly.
Job Requirements:
* Hold a valid PMHNP license and be open to licensing in other states.
* Prior experience as a PMHNP is preferred but not required.
* Ability to collaborate with a diverse healthcare team.
* Solid computer skills and familiarity with technology.
* Strong clinical background in psychiatry, including diagnosis and psychopharmacology, with knowledge of non-pharmacological interventions.
* Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
Salary Range: $70—$100 USD per hour
