A leading multi-disciplinary construction consultancy is seeking a Project Manager to join their team in Winchester. Their projects are varied, and they work with a diverse range of clients covering most sectors of the built environment including healthcare, education, industrial, infrastructure, leisure, residential, retail, commercial and heritage.
Role & Responsibilities for the Project Manager:
* Day-to-day delivery of projects from inception to completion.
* Build relationships with clients
* Development of project documentation and reporting
* Attend, chair and record meetings
* Produce reports
* Attend site to view construction projects
* Monitor project deliverables
* Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress
Skills & Experience of the Project Manager
* Degree in construction related subject desirable
* NEC contract experience desirable
* Strong client facing skills
* Experience working in a consultancy environment
* Full UK driving licence
* Strong verbal, written, and organisational skills
