Basic Salary: £40,000
Realistic OTE: £55,000+ (uncapped bonus)

We are working in partnership with a highly respected, family-owned automotive group representing some of the world's most prestigious brands. Due to continued growth, they are seeking experienced HGV Technicians to join their state-of-the-art workshop in Southampton.

The Role
Diagnose, repair, and service HGVs to manufacturer standards
Use the latest diagnostic equipment to resolve faults efficiently
Carry out routine maintenance, safety inspections and MOT preparation
Maintain accurate service documentation and warranty records
Ensure a safe, professional, and tidy workshop environment
About You
Qualified HGV Technician (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
Experience working with HGVs in a dealer or fleet workshop environment
Team player with a positive, "can-do" attitude
Full UK Driving Licence (HGV licence desirable)
