They are looking for an organised and customer focused Customer Service Co-ordinator to join their team. You'll be the key link between our customers, engineers, and internal departments ensuring smooth communication and excellent service delivery.
The Role: Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the Customer Service Co-ordinator will be responsible for -

Oversee and support all customer requirements related to post-sale and service activities
*
Process routine parts orders efficiently and accurately
*
Respond to service enquiries professionally and promptly
*
Coordinate change parts to ensure timely delivery
*
Provide a consistently smooth and responsive customer service experience
* Office based role, with potential site visits to suppliers and manufacturers across the UK and Italy
Requirements:
*
Proven administrative experience with excellent organisational skills
*
Strong problem-solving ability and a proactive mindset
*
Full UK driving licence (preferred but not essential)
*
Basic technical understanding or willingness to learn
*
Strong team player with the ability to work independently when needed
*
Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders
*
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Pay rate:
* £12.60 per hour (includes paid lunch breaks)
Hours:
Core hours are between 8am and 5:30pm, with alternating early starts and finishes.
