We are seeking to appoint an exceptional Pastoral Care Manager who will lead on safeguarding; behaviour; attendance and extended day provision. We have high aspirations for our children and believe in the importance of a providing an enriched, creative curriculum, together with a high-quality environment and excellent pastoral care. Our school motto is "We Aim High". As our Pastoral Care Manager you will be non-class based and lead a small team of experienced pastoral care workers who are ELSA trained. You will work in close partnership with the Deputy Designated Safeguarding Leads in the school: the Head of School and the Assistant Head teacher, as well as the SENDCo. You will be a member of our leadership team and continue to build on our strong partnership working with wider services, including CAMHS, School Well-Being Service, Early Help, our Education Welfare Officer and health professionals.
