The Role:
You’ll gain hands-on experience across both sales and lettings, supporting the team in the day-to-day running of the branch while developing your skills in a positive working environment.
The successful Trainee Estate Agent will be offered:

As a Trainee Estate Agent, your key responsibilities:
7. Registering applicants and matching them to suitable properties
8. Booking and attending property viewings
9. Booking market appraisals/valuations
10. Negotiating offers between buyers, tenants, landlords, and vendors
11. Progressing sales through to completion
12. General administration and office support
To be considered for the Trainee Estate Agent role, you must have:
13. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
14. A proactive and driven attitude with a desire to succeed
15. Previous sales or customer-facing experience preferred
16. Good local knowledge of the Leigh-on-Sea area
17. Full UK driving licence and access to your own car (essential)
