About the Company
Our client is a publicly traded global advertising and media company with strong operations across the US, MENA, and Asia Pacific regions. As the company expands into Europe, London is the first major hub, and the business is now building a network of commercial and residential real estate partners to support large-scale digital screen installations.
Role Overview
The Property Development Director will lead all real estate development and partnership initiatives in the London region. This role is critical for securing and developing commercial and residential building locations where the company will install, operate, and manage digital advertising screens. The ideal candidate is a business leader with strong networks across property developers, landlords, asset managers, leasing teams, property management companies, and estate agencies.
This is a high-impact, ground-up role that requires strong commercial instincts, negotiation abilities, and deep knowledge of London’s real estate landscape.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the sourcing, negotiation, and signing of partnerships with commercial and residential building owners, developers, and property managers.
* Develop a strong pipeline of properties suitable for digital screen installations.
* Build strategic relationships with landlords, asset managers, leasing teams, and facility management groups across London.
* Oversee the full lifecycle of property development for digital screen deployment, including site assessment, contract negotiation, installation oversight, and launch.
* Collaborate with technical, operations, and legal teams to ensure smooth execution of installations and compliance with building regulations.
* Negotiate commercial terms and ensure contracts meet strategic and financial targets.
* Maintain strong market intelligence on property developments, planning trends, and competitive activity.
* Represent the company with professionalism and credibility within the property ecosystem in the UK.
Qualifications & Experience
* 10+ years of experience in property development, real estate partnerships, asset management, or commercial leasing within London.
* Strong existing network with property developers, landlords, leasing teams, estate management companies, and commercial real estate advisors.
* Proven track record of closing complex real estate partnership deals.
* Experience working with digital infrastructure, media installations, or building services is a strong advantage (but not mandatory).
* Demonstrated ability to work independently and build new business lines from scratch.
* Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
* Ability to operate in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with high accountability.
