As a member of the incredible teams, you will have the following responsibilities:
1. Provide a secure, engaging, and welcoming environment for children ages 0 to 5.
2. Support the learning and development of the children in accordance with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
3. Establish trusting bonds with kids, parents, and coworkers.
4. Conduct observations, evaluations, and record-keeping to track and encourage kids' development.
5. Collaborate with others to create interesting activities in a group setting.
The perfect nursery assistant will have:
* Level 2 or level 3 relevant childcare qualification and/or
* Experience working with children.
* An interest in child development.
* A strong and positive attitude.
