About the Role

We are looking for a passionate, dedicated and experienced individual that holds a Level 5 QCF qualification in Health & Social Care or willing to work towards.
1. Responsible for overseeing service delivery of personalised care & support to all service users in-line with regulatory requirements
2. Drive and motivate a great team, manage staff performance, monitor staff training, encourage team development and more
3. Ensure adequate staffing levels are maintained through effective recruitment and retention in order to deliver a safe, high-quality service
4. Undertake regular reviews of the service to ensure high levels of compliance are maintained in line with regulatory requirements
5. Deliver a safe and viable service and take ownership with delivering the financial budget set
6. Work closely with the local authority and community to ensure the scheme benefits from community engagement
Key Criteria:
7. Level 5 QCF qualification in Health & Social Care or willingness to work towards
8. Previous experience as a manager within the care sector, as well as knowledge of care standards.
9. Experience in line management of staff, setting KPI’s and meeting targets
10. An excellent and effective communicator, both verbal and written
11. Excellent IT Skills and competency in Microsoft Office and Excel
12. Be able to work in a flexible manner in line with the business needs
