Inclusion Officer
Grade 8, 18-21 (£27,166.29 to £28,549.54)
37 hours a week, term time plus 2 weeks
About the role:

As a key member of our community, you will support the school daily and ensure all pupils are catered for.
We seek an Inclusion Officer committed to fostering respect, recognition, and mutual support within the school. Promoting equality and supporting our values and diversity are essential. The role involves supporting the SENDCo to identify and meet students' needs, working with staff and the Inclusion team to embed interventions across the school for inclusivity, especially for disadvantaged and vulnerable groups. You will work with students, parents, and external agencies professionally and confidentially, managing challenges effectively and working independently. The team includes a SENDCO, Teaching Assistants, a SEND Officer, and an Inclusion Administrator. The candidate should be highly organized, able to prioritize, meet deadlines, and adhere to the SEND Code of Practice. The role involves working with the most vulnerable children, requiring professionalism and initiative.
