We are currently working in partnership with a Housing Association based in South Wales, who are recruiting for a Head of Property on a three - six-month contract.
The position is due to start immediately, with the potential to go full time. The daily rate for the role is circa £500 a day dependent on experience.
The ideal candidate will be a true head of service with experience across repairs, facilities, planned maintenance and compliance.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
1. Line managing three managers covering maintenance, compliance and facilities
2. Overseeing all areas of contract management, including third parties delivering maintenance
3. Leading on the development of long term structures and processes within property, emphasising Customer focused outcomes at all times
4. Playing an active role in the development and implementation of modelling and system approaches
5. Taking responsibility for all areas of compliance across the portfolio, including specification and administering of contracts
6. Delivering reports to the board based on property performance
Experience required:
7. Experience at Head of Service Level
8. Experience managing the full breadth of property services
9. Experience managing multiple work streams
Working hours:
10. 37hours per week
11. Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm (16:30 Friday)
