Job Description
The Assistant Project Manager will:
1. Manage and develop assigned staff toward maximum job performance.
2. Build and maintain rapport with architects, subcontractors, and vendors.
3. Understand and administer contract and subcontract agreements.
4. Establish, communicate, and implement the Project Schedule
5. Manage budget and financial reporting
6. Interpret and analyze reports to ensure adherence to project budget.
7. Manage the Quality Assurance/Quality Control program.
8. Provide leadership in risk evaluation, contract negotiations, and fee and pricing decisions

The Successful Applicant
A successful candidate will have the following:
9. 2-5+ years experience in Construction Project Management
10. Degree in Construction Management or related field strongly preferred
11. Proficient in project management/construction management software
12. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
