Job Description
Our client is a leading provider in the two-man delivery marketplace, with an unrivalled reputation which has helped cement its position as the preferred delivery partner for some of the UK's largest best-known retailers and they are looking for Confident and ambitions Customer Service Advisers to become part of their ever expanding team.
Duties:
* Taking inbound calls and making outbound calls
* Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, following up to ensure resolution
* Updating clients on delivery times
* Maintains customer records by updating information
* identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction
* Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Location:
* Lodge farm industrial estate, NN5 (Easily commutable on public transport)
Working hours:
* Monday – Sunday - 5 days a week on a rota (8 hours in a working day)
Salary:
* £7.83 per hour
About you:
* Customer service experience, over the phone or face to face
* Confident communicator
* Be flexible in regards to working hours
* Good level of both spoken and written English
* Basic computer skills
* Reliable
