As our newest Internal Business Development Executive, you’ll be growing market share within your region. We’re looking for a highly motivated new team member who will be delivering quotes, bringing on board new customers and providing friendly follow-up support for existing customers.

We’re on the lookout for somebody with ambition and drive, who can take initiative and keep up with our fast pace of business. If this sounds like you, then here’s everything you need to know:

What you’ll be doing

1. To grow sales and market share within the region, concentrating on Oprema’s strategic brands.
2. To re-engage with lapsed accounts.
3. Develop and maintain positive customer relationships with existing customers.
4. To keep customers informed regarding the progress of their orders, liaising with suppliers when necessary.
5. To keep up to date with tier one and tier two suppliers.
6. To maintain accurate records in the CRM system, including the use of activities to ensure full and up to date information is stored.
7. Any other tasks as commensurate with the post.
8. This is not an exhaustive list and you may be required to carry out additional duties as necessitated by the needs of the business.

What you’ll have?

9. Sales experience, (within the security distribution sector or similar is an advantage but not necessary).
10. Experience of using Navision, or any CRM/ERP system.
11. Excellent telephone manner.
12. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks concurrently.
13. Excellent attention to detail.
14. Ability to understand market pricing and gross profit expectation.
15. Ability to understand basic technical product information.
16. Sales qualification/training.
