Propertypany is recruiting for an experienced temporarypliance coordinator to join their busy team. Hybrid working, usually 2 days a week in the offices in Liverpool.
Your new role
1. Supporting the fire safety team in managing databases, collating information and providing reports
2. 1st line responder to internal and external queries
3. Ensuring accurate and up-to-date records ofpliance work are maintained
4. Ensurepliance-related certificates and reports are recorded and checked with nonpliances and additional work is identified to relevant colleagues.
5. Provide information for audits
6. Management of systems for the creation of work orders, budgets and payments
What you'll need to succeed
7. Experience in a similar role is required ideally, with an understanding of property management, maintenance and planned work.Experience of working in a fast-pacedpliance setting
8. Customer focused with strongmunication skills, both written and verbal.
9. Strong administration skills
10. Methodical approach to work with strong time management skills
11. Able to work independently and within a team environment
12. Strong IT skills
