We are looking for a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN/RNLD) with a current UK NMC PIN number and a passion for delivering outstanding care to join us on site at Cygnet Hospital Bury.
You'll be working full-time within one of our Acute/PICU Adult Wards at Cygnet Hospital Bury Dunes. Cygnet Bury provides a wide range of inpatient mental health services for men and women, including specialist deaf services and CAMHS provision for adolescents.
Note: We are open to full-time, part-time, and bank applicants.

Your day-to-day
* Produce outstanding written reports based on nursing assessments and observations
* Work closely with the management team to develop the service, conduct audits, and improve quality
* Attend all training and engage in CPD to further your knowledge and promote nursing standards
* Ensure that individual care plans are complete and maintained collaboratively with residents, relatives, and other healthcare professionals, in accordance with NMC guidelines
* Administer medicines following healthcare procedures and Healthcare Commission guidelines

As an experienced RMN/RNLD with a current PIN number, you will have:
Essential:
* The ability to maintain documentation, undertake audits, and demonstrate integrity in your role
* A good understanding of the latest nursing practices
* A commitment to patient recovery to effectively monitor, manage, and reduce risk
* Compassion, resilience, and dedication to empowering and supporting service user independence
Desirable:
* The ability to deputise in a clinical lead role
* An interest in leadership, research, and assessment
