Within the Care in the Home division, we support children and young people with complex health needs to live at home with their families.
We'd like you to join us as a Children's Support Worker at our young clients home in Stoke-on-Trent.
When you'll be working:
* Predominantly day shifts (but with flexibility to cover nights if needed)
* Term time: Monday (7am-5.30pm), Thursday (7am-5.30pm), Sunday (10am-4pm)
* Non term time: Monday (8am-3pm), Thursday (8am-4pm)
* 27 hours term time, 15 hours non term time
What you'll be doing:
This role is to support a little girl who has a brain injury and has complex health needs in her family home and at school. Our client has epilepsy, is non-mobile, non-verbal and has hearing and visual impairment. She also has a gastrostomy tube.
Full training, shadow shifts and ongoing support will be provided.
