Key Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects (infrastructure, data, or business transformation).
* Develop project plans, define scope, milestones, timelines, and budgets.
* Communicate effectively with technical teams, business units, and senior stakeholders.
* Identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
* Apply Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall approaches as appropriate.
* Produce regular status updates, progress reports, and maintain project documentation.
* Ensure adherence to internal frameworks and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, security standards).
Required Skills & Experience
* 12+ years in IT project management with a proven track record of delivering technology projects.
* Familiarity with IT infrastructure, software development processes, and enterprise systems.
* Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum and traditional PM frameworks.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
* Proficiency in project management tools.
