We are looking for an experienced and passionate Nursery Manager to lead the daily running of our nursery.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure a safe, high-quality learning and care environment for all children
Lead, support, and manage the nursery team
Ensure safeguarding, EYFS, Ofsted, and health & safety compliance
Oversee staffing, administration, and nursery operations
Build strong partnerships with parents and external agencies
Maintain high standards of hygiene, care, and child development
Report to the Regional Manager
Requirements
Level 3 Childcare qualification or above
Minimum 2 years' management experience
Strong knowledge of EYFS and Ofsted
Safeguarding qualification
Organised, motivated, and passionate about childcare
