The role
supports permanent and contractor hiring activity to ensure recruitment is delivered efficiently, compliantly and in line with agreed service standards, while maintaining operational oversight of onboarding readiness through Day 30 stabilisation.
Key Accountabilities
UKI Permanent Recruitment Delivery
1. Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for assigned UKI portfolios.
2. Support hiring managers from approved requisition through offer and onboarding stabilisation.
3. Coordinate agreed SLAs for CV review, interview scheduling and feedback.
4. Escalate ageing activity, blockers and repeated process non-compliance through agreed governance routes.
5. Support recruitment reporting and dashboard accuracy.
Contingent Workforce & Contractor Coordination
6. Coordinate contractor and contingent worker hiring activity in line with agreed governance processes.
7. Support accurate IR35 documentation and process compliance.
8. Liaise with Supply Chain, hiring managers and suppliers regarding contractor onboarding and extensions.
9. Escalate contractor process risks, delays and documentation issues where required.
10. Maintain accurate contractor process records and system data.
Onboarding Oversight
11. Maintain visibility of onboarding readiness (IT, vetting, access and manager preparedness).
12. Conduct Day 30 onboarding check-ins for agreed critical hires.
13. Escalate onboarding delays and operational issues to Recruitment & Onboarding Manager.
14. Support a consistent candidate and hiring manager onboarding experience.
Data & System Discipline
15. Ensure high-quality requisition intake data.
16. Maintain accurate recruitment and contractor records within agreed systems.
17. Support reporting accuracy through disciplined system usage.
18. Maintain recruitment documentation in line with audit and compliance requirements.

34. Good judgement and escalation awareness.
Experience & Qualifications
35. Recruitment or talent acquisition experience within a complex or regulated environment.
36. Experience coordinating recruitment activity across multiple stakeholders.
37. Experience supporting contractor or contingent workforce processes desirable.
38. Experience using recruitment or HR systems.
