Graduate Planner

The Role
As a Graduate Planner, you'll assist with the full planning process, from early research and site appraisals through to submissions and client liaison. Key responsibilities will include:
Helping to prepare planning applications, supporting statements, and related documentation
Conducting policy and site research
Assisting with local authority engagement and stakeholder consultations
Monitoring and interpreting planning policy changes
Working under the direction of senior planners to deliver quality outcomes
About You
You are someone who:
Has a degree (or master's) in Town Planning or a related discipline (RTPI-accredited preferred)
Has up to 1 year's relevant planning experience (could be via internship or post-graduate work)
Strong research, analytical, and report-writing skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Self-motivated, organised, and keen to learn
