Bethefirstpointofcontactfordaytodayadministrationfromclients,providersandotherinternalandexternalsources. Independentlyrespondtoqueriesfrombothclientsandinsurersinapro-activemanner,meetingagreedSLAsandkeepingallpartiesupdated. Co-ordinateadministrationofschemes,includinginvoicing,accounts,clientqueries,claims,underwriting,rehabilitationsupportservices&communicationmaterial. Proactivelyinitiateandmanagethegatheringofallrelevantdataforeachclientsschemerenewalandensureaccuracyatalltimesandassistwiththeanalysisofdataasrequired. PreparetemplateclientreportsasrequestedbytheGroupRiskSalesConsultant. Ensurethatanycorrespondencereceivedandissuedischeckedfordiscrepanciesandchallengeasappropriate.
