Client Success Manager – beHuman | Kingston upon Hull (Hybrid)
About the Role
beHuman, a performance creative agency specializing in psychology‑first ad creative for DTC and ecommerce brands, is hiring a Client Success Manager to build and own relationships with high‑growth consumer brands. You’ll be the primary point of contact for clients spending hundreds of thousands monthly on Meta ads, ensuring retention through exceptional communication, trust, and strategic partnership.
You will manage client relationships across Slack, email, and calls, host clients in the studio, and liaise between clients and internal creative teams. The role requires emotional intelligence, commercial awareness, and the ability to deliver clarity and confidence in fast‑paced growth environments.
Key Responsibilities
* Own full client relationships and act as primary contact
* Drive client retention (primary KPI) through exceptional experience
* Manage communication cadence across 28‑day sprint cycles
* Deliver weekly and end‑of‑sprint reporting on timeCoordinate client feedback and revisions with production teams
* Host clients in the studio for shoots, reviews, and strategy sessions
* Spot upsell, renewal, and expansion opportunities
* Ensure proactive communication — clients never chase updates
Candidate Requirements
* Agency experience in performance marketing environments
* Solid understanding of performance marketing strategy (CPA, ROAS, CPM, creative fatigue)
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Experience managing multiple accounts simultaneously
* Ability to liaise effectively across internal teams
* High emotional intelligence and conflict management skills
* Sharp attention to detail (include the word Celery in your application)

* Experience producing paid social content for DTC/ecommerce brands
* Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and creative performance analysis
* Understanding of creative production workflows
