We are recruiting for 2 Water Connections Customer Advisor s based in Lincoln, to support the Developer Services Connections Manager in providing a comprehensive and seamless service to our customers. In this varied role, you ’ll provide a comprehensive and seamless service to our customers who require a connection to Anglian Water’s existing water infrastructure. Yo u’ll be the first point of contact and responsible for ensuring that all customer communications are positive and constructive, ensuring customer satisfaction and that decisions are made with commercial focus. You ’ll handle customer calls, investigat ing and process ing email and postal enquiries based on customer or departmental demand. You ’ll also be responsible for maintaining our management systems and running daily reports to identify completed inspections so jobs can be progressed to the contractors for connection completion for our customers.
