What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll support people with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs to live fulfilling, independent lives. This may include:
* Personal care and daily support
* Building life skills such as shopping and money management
* Encouraging hobbies, friendships, and community activities
* Delivering personalised, person-centred support plans
