BI Developer - Manchester - Circa £45-50K (Power BI / DAX)
My client, a leading technology company based in Manchester, is looking for a BI Developer to join their growing team. You’ll work with stakeholders across Finance, Commercial, Product, and Operations, delivering insights that support strategic decision-making and business performance.
Responsibilities
* Build and maintain impactful dashboards and reports in Power BI.
* Extract, transform, and model data from multiple sources.
* Partner with stakeholders to understand data needs and create scalable solutions.
* Optimise SQL queries and ensure data accuracy, quality, and security.
Qualifications
* Proven BI or Data experience with strong Power BI, DAX, and Power Query skills.
* SQL and data modelling expertise (star schema design).
* Strong Excel skills and knowledge of relational databases.
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with high attention to detail.
* Experience with SSRS/SSIS/Power BI Paginated Reports (advantageous).
