Daily check of vehicle and equipment. Top-up, replenish and clean as required, reporting/logging deficiencies to Liaison Manager/Supervisor to ensure compliance with operational and legal requirements. Clean ambulance parking bay and assist with station duties ensuring the premises are left in a safe and secure condition. As soon as is practical, but no later than 24 hours, report vehicle accidents/incidents to the Liaison Office or EOC, ensuring the requirements of the Road Traffic Act are complied with.
Ensure vehicle and contents are left in a secure condition at all times. Ensure that at all times whilst operating the vehicle legislative requirements (e.g. use of mobile phones) are complied with.
