This role is all about being present, being trusted, and getting things sorted.
We’re looking for a Keyworker Services Property Manager to look after a keyworker housing service in Slough. You’ll be the person everyone knows, the go-to on site, and the calm head when things wobble. Residents, clients, contractors and internal teams will all rely on you to keep the service running smoothly and fairly.
You won’t be stuck behind a desk all day. You’ll be visible, hands-on, and empowered to fix problems properly rather than passing them around.
What you’ll actually be doing • Being the on-site face of the service and supporting residents day to day
• Building strong relationships with clients and representing the service at regular meetings
• Handling complaints with empathy, fairness and common sense
• Keeping on top of health and safety, compliance, safeguarding and fire actions
• Making sure contracts are delivered properly and standards don’t slip
• Keeping records accurate across systems (the boring bit, but important)
• Managing a residential income stream of over £4m
• Always keeping residents’ wellbeing front and centre
What we’re looking for • Experience in housing, property or a customer-focused management role
• Someone confident dealing with complaints and tricky conversations
• A good understanding of compliance, risk and health & safety
• Organised, reliable and able to juggle competing priorities
• Comfortable working with different stakeholders and personalities
• Clear communicator who doesn’t hide behind emails
