Join Our Team as an NDORS Trainer – Help Make Lancashire’s Roads Safer! Lancashire Constabulary’s Safer Roads Department is looking for a passionate and dedicated NDORS Trainer to join us at Hutton. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in improving road safety by delivering high-quality courses as part of the National Driver Offender Retraining Scheme (NDORS) and other driver safety initiatives. Your work will help change driver behaviour, reduce risk, and make our roads safer for everyone. What You’ll Do Deliver engaging, practical NDORS courses that meet national standards. Monitor and support other trainers to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery. Keep up to date with UKROEd and force policies, providing expert advice and guidance. Contribute to the development of processes and procedures to continually improve our service. What We’re Looking For You’ll need one of the following nationally recognised teaching qualifications (or equivalent experience in delivering behavioural programmes for adults): Award in Education and Training Post Graduate Certificate in Education City & Guilds awards in training and development/teaching and supporting learners Awards in teaching in Further Education or Higher Education sector Licenced NDORS trainer or agree to complete necessary training to become a licenced NDORS trainer within 3 months of appointment Full UK driving licence Key Dates Advert Closes: Friday 16th January @10am Interviews: 20/01/2026 – 21/01/2026 Outcome of Interviews: 22/01/2026 Start Date: 01/04/2026 Why join us? Vetting And Medical Please be aware, as a condition of your appointment you must undergo and pass Recruitment Vetting (RV). Please be aware there is a minimum 3 year UK residency requirement for Recruitment vetting and you must be 18 years old at the point of applying. Successful applicants will also be subject to a medical assessment.
