We are looking to develop a team of specialist support assistants and tutors to work with SENDCO's, curriculum leads and other support staff to deliver quality interventions to pupils out of school across the Oldham area. You would be linked to a subject area in order to identify and develop an understanding of each young person’s individual needs engaging them fully in their learning with the view to reintegrate them back into mainstream or specialist education. The position will enable you to build positive relationships to motivate students, engage parents and raise student’s aspiration in order to provide them with best opportunities and outcomes.
