Mobile Locker is looking for an Event and Operations Manager to run our on-site operations at some of the UK's most iconic festivals and events.

Operations and On-Site Leadership
* Zone Ownership: You take full responsibility for your locker zones. You will be the primary point of contact for festival organisers and HQ, ensuring a flawless experience for both the production team and the fans.
* Crew Management: You will source or recruit local crew if needed, brief them, and lead our on-site coordinators. You handle schedules, contracts, and on-site welfare, making sure the team is sharp and motivated.
* Slack Command: Slack is our main communication tool. You must be highly responsive and tech-savvy, coordinating in real time between the field, the warehouse, and management.
* Growth & Relationships: When not on-site, you will actively maintain relationships with existing clients and identify new festivals to expand Mobile Locker UK's footprint.
Logistics and Hands-On Delivery
* Transport: Coordinate transport schedules with our partners to ensure timely arrivals and departures.
* Build and Strike: You will lead and assist with the physical installation and dismantling of our locker units. You must be willing to get stuck in with manual labor alongside the crew.

* Full-time permanent
* Freelance on a regular, ongoing basis (retainer options available)
Festival Season
* Around 80% on-site / on the road.
