BMW Cobham is looking for a highly skilled and motivated Master Technician to join our expert team and deliver outstanding service and technical excellence.
About the Role:
As a BMW Master Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining BMW vehicles to the highest standards. You'll act as a technical lead in the workshop, supporting other technicians and ensuring that every vehicle leaves performing at its best.

Key Responsibilities:
* Perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on BMW vehicles.
* Use BMW diagnostic systems and tools to identify and rectify faults.
* Support and mentor other technicians, sharing your expertise.
* Ensure all work is completed accurately, efficiently, and to BMW standards.
* Complete all documentation and ensure compliance with manufacturer guidelines.
* Keep up to date with the latest BMW training and technical developments.
What We're Looking For:
* Fully qualified technician (Level 3 NVQ or equivalent).
* Certified BMW Master Technician or working towards this level (preferred).
* Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
* Experience with BMW ISTA diagnostic systems is highly desirable.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Full UK driving licence.
