Role: Senior Care Assistant - Days
Location: Inwood House, Horbury, Wakefield
Pay: £ £ With paid breaks/hour
Hours: Part Time - 24 hours per week | Including Alternate Weekends

You'll be the person who:
* Lead the care team during your shift, ensuring quality care.
* Manage medication administration and coordinate handovers.
* Delegate tasks and provide support to the team.
* Communicate with families and healthcare professionals.

You'll Need:
* Experience in a care environment, with experience within a Senior/Team Leader position.
* Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
* The right to work in the UK (sorry – no sponsorship available).
