Keep and up to date knowledge of our wine list. Develop the confidence to up sale and pair wines with our restaurant dishes. Assist with maintaining the cellar, stock management and supplier relationships. Collaboratively work with our Food & Beverage team in delivering a well-rounded food & beverage service to our guests. Have a genuine passion towards wines. Seek to upskill and enrol of recognised qualifications. Ensure food handling and safety measures and met and compliant. Previous experience within a food & beverage service role is beneficial. We are seeking for someone who is passionate about wine and dedicate to providing a detailed service to our guests. Completion of recognised study in wine and spirits is advantageous. In turn we will provide you with any further qualifications that might be required for your own personal development.
