£24,000+ (Dependent on Experience)
09:00 – 17:00 Monday - Friday
Full-Time, Permanent
Due to the office location, all candidates must have access to a vehicle.
We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join their busy team based in Skelmersdale. The Role:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling enquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience throughout the customer journey. Our client is looking for someone proactive, professional, and confident in managing communications face to face and across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
* Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email, web and in person
* Creating and sending quotes based on information received
* Providing accurate information regarding products and services
* Maintaining and updating customer records on internal systems
* Resolving complaints and issues efficiently and professionally
* Working closely with internal departments to support client needs
* Meeting individual and team-based service targets
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience in a customer service or call centre environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
* Good IT skills, including experience with CRM systems
* A positive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic
