Zest Optical are recruiting a part-time Optometrist (4 days per week) for an independent practice in Leith, Edinburgh. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a practice that focuses on thorough, patient-focused eye care, extended appointment times, modern technology, and strong ethical values.
Optometrist - The Role
* Part-time position - 4 days per week
* Practice hours: 9:00am to 5:30pm, Monday to Saturday
* No late nights
* Extended eye examinations with 30-minute testing times
* Use of advanced diagnostic equipment including OCT
* Time to build meaningful patient relationships and provide tailored recommendations
* Work as part of a supportive and experienced team

Optometrist - Requirements
* Fully qualified and GOC registered Optometrist
* Strong clinical skills and commitment to high-quality patient care
* Ability to communicate clearly and build lasting rapport with patients
* Enthusiastic about providing personalised advice on lenses and eyewear
* Team player with a positive and professional approach
The Package
* Full-time role - 4 days per week
* Working hours: 9am-5:30pm (Monday to Saturday)
* No late nights
* Competitive salary £50,000 to £60,000
