Admissions Administrator Up to £14.00 per hour Temporary (until end of May 2026) 37 hours per week Hybrid Working Wrexham The role: An Admissions & Enquiries Assistant is required to provide front?line support to applicants and enquirers, delivering a professional, welcoming, and responsive service within an educational institution. Responsibilities of the Admissions Administrator: Act as the first point of contact for admissions and enquiry queries via email, phone, webchat, enquiry forms, and in person. Provide clear guidance to applicants and enquirers, resolving queries wherever possible or directing them to the appropriate specialist teams. Support applicants throughout their admissions journey, ensuring they receive accurate information and a consistent customer?focused experience. Log all enquiries accurately onto the CRM system to support monthly reporting and data integrity. Coordinate responses to misdirected queries, ensuring all enquiries are resolved promptly. Maintain confidentiality when handling applicant information in line with data protection requirements. Work flexibly to support applicant needs and key admissions periods. Assist the wider team with general administrative duties, enquiry handling, and process coordination. The Candidate: The successfully appointed Admissions Administrator will have the following skills and abilities: Clear, professional communication skills with the ability to handle queries confidently and sensitively. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records. Ability to remain calm in pressured situations and provide a positive, customer?focused service. Confidence in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the ability to learn internal systems such as CRM platforms. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A proactive and adaptable approach, with the ability to respond to changing priorities. Ability to handle confidential information appropriately and in line with data protection standards.
