The agency
With a client list of the who's who of established blue chip as well as up and coming maverick brands, this agency delivers award winning live events, brand activations and sponsorship across the globe. From sponsorship activations at sporting events, to creative experiential and engagement events as well as live music production/sporting events they are super creative and a getting stronger each your through brilliant and strategic execution.
The role
This is a busy role, working closely with client services, production and project delivery to ensure all creative resource is tracked against both pitches and on-going live jobs. Resource planning, both internally and working with external freelance talent will also be key. Budgeting, tracking costs and scope of work as well as escalating any overrunning of time / resource on projects is key and will need a strong communicator who is well organised. Onboarding new permanent and freelance talent is also part of the role.
About you
Ideally from a graphics / artworking background initially you will have experience in resourcing and planning processes within a creative studio and be used to working in a fast paced environment. You are highly organised, understand the nuances of working on a creative studio (and with creatives!) and be an excellent communicator / stakeholder manager. As onboarding of talent both freelance and perm is part of the role you will have a good understanding of the Adobe suite as well as 3D software. You will be happy to jump on the tools and support where needed on creative briefs and projects!
