Job Title: Business Development Manager
Location: Hove or Nottingham - Remote but preferably close to either location

Annual Salary: £50k basic (£100k OTE)
The Shore Group are a multi-service, sector-driven business, seeking a BDM to drive new business acquisition and identify cross-selling opportunities across Group clients. This role requires a hunter mentality combined with consultative selling skills to maximise opportunities. Success requires deep understanding of specific service / sectors, product / service benefits and challenges to influence key decision maker decisions.
This role requires you to have proven sales track record or influencing skills with a minimum 3-5 years' sector experience and a background influencing senior stakeholders in relevant sectors or commercial roles. You should have a strong understanding of relevant services / sectors including compliance / H&S needs and be commercially minded with the ability to identify key sales signals and negotiate.
