Key Responsibilities
3. Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership across the North UK region.
4. Lead organisational design, workforce planning, and people strategy aligned with business goals.
5. Utilise HR data and analytics to inform decision-making and drive measurable results.
6. Support M&A activity and integration with a focus on culture and talent retention.
7. Shape and deliver performance, reward, and talent management frameworks that attract and retain top talent.
8. Build and sustain a high-performance culture through leadership coaching and employee engagement.
9. Manage and develop a team of HR Business Partners to ensure HR excellence across the region.
10. Collaborate with Centres of Excellence to ensure the delivery of consistent, effective HR services.

What You'll Bring
11. Proven experience in a strategic HR Business Partner role within a growth-oriented accountancy and advisory business.
12. Deep knowledge of UK employment law, people strategy, and organisational development.
13. Demonstrated success in leading change, managing performance, and driving culture transformation.
14. Experience supporting senior-level recruitment and leadership development.
15. Strong business acumen and excellent stakeholder management skills.
16. Expertise in using data and analytics to drive decisions and support business growth.
17. A collaborative, proactive mindset with a passion for people and performance.
18. Experience in an accountancy practice or professional services environment is desirable.
Essential Qualifications
