Retail Supervisor – Vero Moda Buttercrane
Bestseller Retail Ireland Limited is currently seeking a fully flexible Retail Supervisor to join our dynamic team at our Vero Moda store in Buttercrane. We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic, and customer-focused individual who is passionate about retail and delivering an excellent in-store experience. This is a great opportunity to become part of a supportive and fast-paced team environment.
The successful candidate will need to demonstrate full flexibility, including availability for weekday and weekend shifts in line with business needs.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the day-to-day management and smooth operation of the store, ensuring a high standard of performance at all times
* Drive and deliver sales performance and KPI targets, leading by example on the shop floor
* Motivate, coach, and support the team to achieve both individual and store goals
* Deliver an exceptional customer experience, creating a welcoming and engaging environment
* Assist in leading, developing, and training team members to maximise performance and progression
* Oversee stock management, including deliveries, replenishment, and inventory control
* Support the execution of marketing initiatives, promotions, and overall store development
* Maintain a positive and collaborative atmosphere for customers, team members, and suppliers
* Uphold high standards of visual merchandising and housekeeping in line with brand expectations
* Ensure full compliance with health & safety, security, and company procedures at all times
* Contribute to and support social media activity to drive brand engagement
* Demonstrate a basic understanding of digital tools and AI-supported retail practices (e.g., reporting, stock insights, customer trends) to support decision-making and efficiency
The Ideal Candidate Will Possess
* A minimum of 1 year’s experience in a supervisory or senior sales role within fashion retail
* The ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment
* Strong visual merchandising skills with an eye for detail and presentation
* Experience with cash handling and daily operational processes
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and influence
* A strong focus on customer service excellence
* A proactive, hardworking, and results-driven attitude
* The ability to work collaboratively within a team while also taking initiative
