About the Role

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys being the heart of the business—organised, approachable, and ready to turn their hand to a range of tasks. You’ll be involved in everything from frontline customer service to admin support for senior leaders and HR, helping to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

6. Customer & Supplier Liaison: Be the first point of contact, handling incoming calls and reception duties with professionalism and warmth.

7. Administrative Support: Assist the Directors and senior team with correspondence, document preparation, email and post management, and stationery supplies.

8. Sales & Service Support: Help the wider team with order processing, data entry, and delivery arrangements.

9. HR Admin: Provide support to HR as needed, maintaining confidentiality at all times.

10. General Office Tasks: Take on ad hoc duties that help the whole business run efficiently.

What We’re Looking For:

11. Great communication and interpersonal skills

12. Confident IT skills, especially in Microsoft Office

13. Strong organisational ability and time management

14. A proactive and “can-do” attitude

15. Team player with a willingness to support others

16. Someone who takes pride in their work and can handle confidential matters sensitively

Working Hours:

17. Monday to Thursday: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm

18. Friday: 9:00 am – 3:00 pm
