Job Title: Senior Business Analyst
PAYE/ Umbrella Rate: £368 per day - £500 per day
Location: York, Norwich or Bristol preferred
Inside IR35
Duration: 12 months

This role helps drive a programme of change that supports Aviva’s technology and business strategies.
Early project thinking will be shaped by your insight, with careful assessment of new initiatives.
Business needs will be clarified through close collaboration with stakeholders.
You’ll be part of a team delivering customer‑focused digital and data solutions across Aviva.
Every decision you influence will help ensure customer needs are met and outcomes improve.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
Essential:
Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a strong focus on data
Knowledge of data, digital and marketing technologies.
Ability to communicate well with stakeholders and support change.
Understanding of change management processes and openness to new ways of working.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to work independently and drive requirements to delivery.
Nice to have:
Experience in large digital or data‑led transformation.
Familiarity with agile ways of working.
