Job Title: Program Finance Manager
Department: Finance
Responsible to: Associate Director - PP&C
The role involves supporting program finance for the Commercial Aircraft Seating business, working closely with engineering, program management, operations, and FP&A teams. The candidate should manage multiple projects, demonstrate critical thinking, communicate effectively with non-financial professionals, and be detail-oriented.
Responsibilities:
1. Evaluate new business cases, verify estimation methods, ensure cross-functional alignment, and certify profit margin recoverability for moderate or complex programs. Provide regular updates on investment and recoverability.
2. Prepare inputs for monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts, analyze variances, and work with teams to identify risks and opportunities.
3. Present quarterly estimates at completion, ensure accuracy of costs and forecasts, and document approvals for audits.
4. Coordinate cross-functionally to improve processes and reporting, develop solutions for complex problems, and influence organizational objectives.
5. Analyze data to solve diverse problems, demonstrating good judgment in methods and solutions.
The Person:
Build partnerships, communicate clearly to different audiences, address difficult issues, develop customer relationships, and contribute to personal and organizational growth. Achieve results under tough circumstances, demonstrate integrity, credibility, and authenticity.
Key Skills and Experience:
* Minimum 3 years in a similar role, or current M4 Finance role, or 2+ years in P3 Finance role.
* Strong relationship-building skills at all organizational levels.
* SAP experience, prior PP&C experience, and report automation skills.
