SALARY: £25,000 + £5,000 commission
Location: Nottingham (Hybrid work)
SETTING: Monday – Wednesday office, Thursday – Friday (Work from Home)

We’re looking for an Outbound Sales Account Manager to join our Nottingham team - an opportunity for someone motivated, organised, and commercially minded to develop within a supportive and rewarding environment. This role involves working closely with our Marketing and Vendor partners to run targeted campaigns that promote key products and services. You’ll play a vital role in managing the full sales process - from proactive outbound calls and quoting through to CRM updates and order management.

Job Specification: Outbound Sales Account Manager
Make proactive outbound calls to customers to uncover new opportunities
Support and re-engage existing or inactive accounts through great communication
Prepare accurate quotes and manage customer orders efficiently
Maintain up-to-date records and pipeline information within the CRM system
Work closely with internal teams, marketing, and vendors to deliver campaigns
Provide excellent service and ensure customer expectations are met every time

Previous sales or customer-facing experience is desirable, but not essential
