What You’ll Be Doing:
* Support the management team in daily operations.
* Lead and motivate a team to deliver excellent customer service.
* Assist with sales strategies to improve business performance.
* Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety.
* Create a positive and energetic work environment.
* Build strong customer relationships to ensure memorable experiences.
* Manage administrative tasks and shift scheduling.
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or similar fast-paced environment.
* Natural leadership skills and the ability to inspire a team.
* Passion for hospitality and service excellence.
* Strong communication, organizational skills, and a proactive approach.
* Ability to stay calm under pressure and solve problems hands-on.
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
