Level 3 Qualified Room Leader
Zero2Five is delighted to be partnering with a high-quality nursery in Derby, seeking a dedicated Level 3 Qualified Room Leader to become part of a skilled team that provides a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment for both children and staff to thrive.
Requirements
* Recent experience working with children aged 6 weeks to 5 years
* Level 3 qualified in Childcare
* Good knowledge of child development, with experience completing observations and records
* Understanding of health and safety requirements in childcare environments
* Strong communication skills with children and adults
* SEN experience
Key Responsibilities
1. Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities and educational programmes that reflect each child's individual needs, interests, and stage of development.
2. Observe, assess, and accurately record children's progress, working closely with parents and guardians to gain a holistic understanding of each child's development.
3. Adapt teaching approaches to support a range of learning styles and abilities, ensuring an inclusive, nurturing, and supportive environment for all children.
