A busy depot in the South East is on the lookout for a Depot Foreman to oversee daily operations, lead a skilled team of engineers and labourers, and ensure all equipment is compliant, safe, and ready to perform. If you’ve got a strong background in diesel engines, plant maintenance, and team leadership—this could be your next step.
What you’ll be doing:
âś… Leading and managing a multi-disciplinary engineering team
âś… Driving a culture of safety, quality, and operational efficiency
âś… Attending site surveys, installations, and breakdowns when needed
âś… Managing stock, workshop processes, and equipment maintenance
âś… Supporting out-of-hours operations as part of a rota
What you’ll need:
🔧 Engineering background (generators/diesel engines preferred)
đź‘· Proven leadership experience in a depot or workshop setting
đź“‹ Strong grasp of health, safety & compliance standards
đźš— Full UK driving licence
