Role Description
This is a full-time position for a National Business Development Manager and is a key role for the next exciting phase of company expansion. The Business Development Manager will focus on driving revenue growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, negotiating contracts and creating strategic plans to expand the company's market presence. The role requires excellent organisational skills, collaboration with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions to meet client needs while achieving organizational goals.
Requirements & Experience
* Expertise in business development & strategic planning
* Experience in using a CRM, Pipedrive is advantageous.
* Strong client relationship management and deal making skills
* Proficiency in sales techniques and account management
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and achieve targets
* Experience in the Insurance/Insurance Broker, Motor Accident Management or Fleet Management industry is advantageous.
